I am still having trouble downloading the files, even though I followed the instructions listed above. What else can I do?

You may wish to try a different browser to download the files. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox. We have seen many more issues when using Safari and Internet Explorer to download the files.

Also, be sure to use a wired connection if possible and make sure you have enough disk space. Close as many programs as possible and try not to download other files or stream music/videos until the download completes.
